NanoFilter (NF) Technology
NanoFilter Technology is an innovative nano-filtration method developed by cocoX that removes over 99% of salts from coconut coir substrate, achieving an ultra-low EC value of less than 0.1 mS/cm in standard testing. Unlike traditional reverse osmosis (RO) techniques, it provides superior salt removal efficiency while preserving the natural structure of the coir medium. This results in an exceptionally clean growing substrate ideally suited for high-demand applications, including the cultivation of sensitive crops like blueberries and strawberries, as well as seedling production and tissue culture.
Removes over 99% of salts from coconut coir substrate
This results in an ultra-low EC value of less than 0.1 mS/cm in a 1:1.5 test, far surpassing the cleanliness of traditional water-washed or buffered coir.

High Pressure Drying Chamber (HPDC) Technology
Influenced by global climate and environmental changes, frequent rainfall and extended rainy seasons have introduced increasing uncertainties, further leading to reduced production capacity in several major coconut coir-producing countries. To address this challenge, a more efficient large-scale drying technology for coconut coir is required. The HPDC (High Pressure Drying Chamber) developed by the company’s scientific team effectively solves this problem.
Unlike traditional production methods such as natural sun drying or mechanical water extraction through pressing, HPDC High Pressure Drying Chamber technology enables rapid dehydration of large volumes of coconut coir without damaging its internal structure. This results in a higher expansion ratio and greater durability. Thanks to this technology, cocoX can achieve true all-weather, year-round production, ensuring a stable supply of coconut coir—an aspect that is critically important for the timely delivery of large-scale commercial planting projects.

Highly Customized Coir Formulations
Every grower has a different understanding of substrate formulations. Due to variations in environment, altitude, climate, crop type, variety, light exposure, temperature, humidity, and the specific needs of each planting project, the required coconut coir formulations also differ significantly. The traditional coconut coir industry typically offers only two common options—fine coconut coir and coarse coconut husk—making it difficult to make fine adjustments based on customers’ actual needs.
cocoX addresses different crop requirements by launching a variety of blended coconut coir formulations. For example, our CX-01 formula builds on the traditional 0-6mm fine coconut coir by adding coconut coir particles and short coconut fibers, which enhance overall aeration and three-dimensional water conductivity. This is more beneficial for plant root development, resulting in stronger, higher-yielding crops.
